Straight answers
How do I pay?
USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) only. At checkout you'll see the amount, the wallet address, a QR code and an order code like LK-7Q4M. Send from an exchange or a wallet and confirm the payment.
How do I get access after paying?
Fast way: paste the transaction hash on the order page — access opens seconds after the network confirms it. Second way: send a screenshot of the transfer with your order code to the manager @goldrezerrv, who confirms it by hand.
The exchange took a fee and less arrived. What now?
The full amount must arrive, so add the fee on top. If less arrives, the order goes to review: message @goldrezerrv and we'll sort it out.
Is access lifetime?
Yes. Module 1 stays yours, no subscription, no expiry.
Can I get a refund?
This is digital content with instant access, so refunds are limited: a short window, a cap on what you've watched, and requests only through the manager with the payment hash. Full terms are in the refund policy.
What language are the lessons in?
Lessons are in Russian. The platform interface is in Russian, English and Ukrainian.
Can I study on my phone?
Yes. The platform runs in the browser and installs on your home screen like an app. Guide for iPhone and Android.
How is Module 1 different from the Workshop?
Module 1 is 4 days and your first trading system. The Workshop is the full program: every module, psychology, homework reviewed by Alex and 3 months of Discord VIP. The $15 is not credited toward the $480.
Is there a group chat on the platform?
No, learning happens without distractions. The community lives separately: a free Telegram channel and Discord Gold Community.
Is this investment advice?
